About the Brand
Founded in the late 1940's, the brand is a multinational corporation, with over a thousand stores worldwide, that designs and manufactures athletic and casual footwear, apparel and accessories.
The Brand wanted to drive footfall and increase sales at their outlets across Singapore and Malaysia. The objective was to turn one-time shoppers into loyal customers by delivering a seamless and connected shopping experience across their Puma stores.
Vizury worked with the Brand's retail team to map their hyper-local inventories on their digital channels such as website, WhatsApp. The “Reserve at store” widget allowed customers , who wanted to touch and feel the product before buying, to reserve the desired product in the nearest brand stores. This helped the Brand to capture first-party data of high intent website visitors, enabling the brand to re-target and engage on WhatsApp to drive increased store walk-ins.
